For most corporate gifts, the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. Pens usually require 100 pieces. Selected premium branded gifts priced above RM50 may be ordered from 1 piece. The exact MOQ depends on the product and printing method, so please check the product page or generate a quotation for confirmation.

Our standard production lead time is 7–10 working days after artwork approval and order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Urgent orders may be completed within 3–4 working days, depending on stock availability, order quantity and printing method. For urgent orders, please WhatsApp our sales team to confirm availability and your required delivery date.

The best printing method depends on the product material, logo design and required finish. Silkscreen printing suits bags, notebooks and flat surfaces; laser engraving works well on metal pens, tumblers and premium gifts; UV printing is suitable for full-colour logos on plastic or flat products; and embroidery is ideal for fabric items such as caps, towels and apparel. For the best printing quality, please provide your logo in high-resolution vector formats such as AI, PDF, or EPS. If you only have PNG or JPG, our design team at GiftsDepot can assist in checking if they are suitable for specific print methods.

Yes. GiftsDepot can arrange delivery throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. Orders above RM2,000 qualify for free delivery within selected Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Klang Valley areas. Orders below RM2,000 are normally self-collected from our Rawang warehouse. Outstation and East Malaysia delivery charges depend on the destination and order size.

Absolutely! GiftsDepot provides a complimentary digital mock-up showing the logo placement, size and colours for your review before mass production. Printing will begin only after you approve the artwork. For urgent orders, please review the mock-up promptly and WhatsApp our sales team to confirm the production timeline.

Our warehouse is located at 7, Jalan KPK 1/7, Taman Perindustrian Kundang, 48020 Rawang, Selangor. Self-collection is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, after our team confirms that your order is ready. Orders below RM2,000 are normally self-collected, while other delivery arrangements are quoted separately.

For standard corporate orders, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. Once production is completed, our sales team will send product photos for your review, and the remaining 50% must be paid before delivery or self-collection. Urgent orders require full payment before production begins. We currently accept bank transfers, cheques, cash or COD, international wire transfers, and MOF payments for eligible Malaysian government orders.
