H&M Malaysia needed custom made tote bags for their Hari Raya campaign. Through a design agency, GiftsDepot.my was approached to produce tote bags with multiple artwork designs and a tight timeline.
The Challenge 🎯
The main challenge was the tight timeline. For a fully custom made tote bag project, overseas production was not the safest option due to production lead time, shipping arrangement, customs clearance and final checking.
Since the tote bags were needed for a Hari Raya campaign, the project required a faster and more controlled production arrangement.
What We Did 🧵
With our own production setup and sewing team, we were able to move quickly from artwork confirmation to tote bag sewing, printing coordination, finishing and delivery within the required timeline.
The project included multiple artwork designs, each with its own festive visual direction and branding placement. This allowed the client to receive a more customised corporate gift instead of using a standard ready-stock tote bag.
The Result ✅
The custom made tote bags were successfully completed and delivered within the required schedule for the client’s Hari Raya campaign.
