Delivery :
Local / Domestic Delivery
Once your goods are done and ready for delivery, you will be able to receive your goods within 1 -3 working days within Klang Valley area and without any delivery charges. On the other side, for other places within Malaysia, your goods will be reached within 3 to 5 working days and delivery charges will be charged based on the price that set by the courier company. Our local courier company are:
International Delivery
For international orders, shipping via air-freight might take some time for delivery. We will provide you with the tracking number after your goods had been sent out to the courier company for delivery. Our international courier company are:
- Ready stock products :
when buying a ready stock product with printing on working days ( Mon to Fri ) before 4 pm, we will be able to deliver within 7-10 working days. - Customized items ( made in Malaysia ) :
when ordering customized items with printing on working days ( Mon to Fri ) before 4 pm, Roughly 2-4 weeks is required - Custom made products ( made in China ) :
when purchasing custom made products with printing on working days ( Mon to Fri ) before 4 pm, approximately will take time 45-60 working days.

if we’re incapable to fulfill the approximated shipment date. Giftsdepotmy will not be responsible for any type of losses, obligations expenses, damages costs or expenses arising out of the late shipment. if you are inaccessible to take shipment or collection, we might leave a card providing you guidelines. or either re-delivery or collection from the service provider.
Returns :
We provide replacements for faulty goods or not functioning products. If the goods have any kind of problems or damages happened during delivery. The return procedure is easy. Just take a picture of the faulty products. E-mail to us at [email protected] or Whatsapp to +6016 305 2525. Our sales crew will contact you asap for all return and exchange support.
We will certainly bear the delivery costs for the replacements. The return policy will just be effective for a duration of one week from the moment you get it from the delivery representative.
