Get Your Quotation
Choose your product, quantity and available logo-printing options, then click Add to Quotation. Review your selections and pricing before confirming your order. Need help choosing? WhatsApp or email our team.
Review Artwork & Samples
Once you’re ready to proceed, we prepare a visual artwork showing your logo placement for your preview and approval. Want to see the product first? Ask our team about sample availability and delivery arrangements.
Approve & Start Production
Approve the final artwork and pay the 50% deposit. We arrange production once both are confirmed. Your production timeline will be confirmed based on the product, quantity and printing requirements.
Settle Balance & Delivery
We’ll contact you when your order is ready. Settle the remaining 50% balance before delivery or collection. Our team will confirm the delivery or self-collection arrangements with you.
Payment, Production & Delivery
Payment
- Standard orders: 50% deposit after final artwork approval; the remaining 50% before delivery or collection.
- Rush orders: full payment upfront, after our team confirms the required schedule.
Production Time
- Ready-stock products with logo printing: usually 7–10 working days after final artwork approval and deposit confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Plain products, custom-made items and imported products: please confirm the applicable lead time with our team.
- Production time does not include transit time. Rush orders are subject to stock, printing requirements and schedule availability.
Delivery & Self-Collection
- Orders of RM2,000 and above: free delivery to eligible addresses within Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and the Klang Valley. Please confirm coverage with our team.
- Orders below RM2,000: self-collection from our warehouse in Rawang, Selangor.
- Outstation, Sabah & Sarawak: courier charges are quoted separately based on the destination and order size.
Pricing & Quotations
- Product listing prices are starting prices. Printing and optional extras are additional unless stated otherwise.
- Check your quotation for the selected quantity, printing options and any additional charges.
- Special customisation, large quantities or requirements not available online may need a quotation from our team.
